Send file attachments to JIRA issues using cURL

This example shows how to send file attachments to issues in JIRA cloud.

How It Works

Use the action “DOS command” and cURL to send file attachments to JIRA issues.

(It’s not possible to use the action “Invoke Web Service” since that does not support binary files)

Notes

JIRA is free for small teams (under 10 users), see Plans and pricing
Navigate here to create a JIRA API token
cURL is pre-installed in Windows 10 (version 1803) and Windows 11.
